What kind of work do you create?

At Pippa Atelier we create bespoke graphic design pieces for weddings and other events. For weddings, we develop everything from save the dates and invitations to the full stationery suite for the day, including monograms, welcome signs, seating plans, menus, place cards, wedding missals, vow books, bridesmaid boxes, favours and other personalised elements. Each project is designed from scratch to reflect the identity and story of each couple.

Do you have a catalog with predefined designs or are the invitations and other pieces fully customised?

Every couple is special, so we don't use predefined designs. We prefer to create each piece from scratch, inspired by the story, tastes and dreams of the couples who come to us. This way, we ensure that the final result is authentic and truly represents each client.

How does the process work, from first contact to delivery?

It all begins with a conversation — we want to get to know your story and what you dream of for your big day. From there, we present design proposals and refine them together, taking all the time needed, until it's perfect. Before moving on to final production, you'll receive a physical proof sample. From the very first email until your order arrives at your door, we take care of every detail, so it turns out exactly as you imagined.

How long does production and delivery take?

Design and approval take 2 to 4 weeks. Printing and finishing depend on the complexity of the project, but allow 3 to 5 weeks for production. All orders are shipped via CTT by registered mail with a tracking number, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Indicative delivery times are: 1 to 3 working days for mainland Portugal, 5 to 10 working days for the islands, and 10 to 20 days for international orders.

The first step is to get in touch with us via email, through the contact form on our website or Instagram, letting us know the type of work you'd like and, if possible, some key details like the wedding date, location or your preferred delivery timeline. Once we receive your enquiry, we'll email you with a preliminary quote and book in a no-obligation online meeting. This allows us to get to know your ideas and needs better, so we can present a personalised proposal and walk you through the full project development process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Based in Porto, We ship to couples around the world. Every order is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs are calculated by destination and weight.
